J.F. Jacques Memorial
J.F. Jacques (April 29th, 1985-
Jean Francois Jacques was born in the Quebec city of Montreal. He was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers, took 58 games to score a NHL point, and is always injured. He is out with a back injury for the umpteenth time. His potential has never been realized, he is a bust, and he can't play up to the standards of the NHL. Just another dreadful draft pick by the Oilers.

The Elusive Powers of NHL '11
I never thought I would say this ( I've been using those words often lately), but my video games have been extremely boring lately.
Even with the online downloaded rosters, MLB THE SHOW 2010 has lost its original feel of authenticity. NBA 09: out of touch.
Of course, Madden 10 was a terrible game when it was released, too.
The jury's out on NHL 10. After all, it just isn't fun to play with Patrick O'Sullivan and Ethan Moreau.
All of the other games I haven't mentioned have just been overplayed to exhaustion.
These are the numerous factors for me hunting down NHL 11. I figured it would be easy to rent it and play with all of the new rosters, however finding NHL 11 is easier said than done. We love our hockey up here in the Great White North, and I suppose that hockey video games are no exception to the rule. For three or four days it was rented out from The Movie Studio, and when it was finally returned I was 20 minutes too late. It has been rented out for a month and I think whoever rented it has just plain stolen the thing. So I tried out Blockbuster and I have gotten similar results. It's unfortunate, but I'm thinking that I won't see any NHL 11 or other video games until Christmas! Oh well. There's always the real Oilers on TV, right? Ha. More on those jokers later, but for now I've got to run.

Forever Young
So I decided I'd start a blog of my own on blogspot... Granny has hinted at this for a while, and I have had so much free time lately (which is quite strange considering I am in Junior High now, and the elementary school kid who was once me figured I would have boatloads of homework each day, and he was wrong) that I headed over to Blogspot on my new laptop and began typing. I enjoy this kind of material, this writing (typing, really), in school, so I figure I'll enjoy talking about my life, junior high, homework, video games, books, people, and sports (beware, I am a running commentary, ranting and raving specialist) I hope you enjoy it!
